FAQ

When will I know if I've been invited to Interview?

We intend to get back to you within a few days of applying. We will notify you by email if you have not been selected. If you have not received any communication after a week, please contact us at usis@sheffield.ac.uk.

What will be asked at the interview?

We will talk about your motivations and background. We will also test your knowledge of current affairs so make sure you keep up to date during freshers week!

When do applications close?

Friday 16th October 23:59.

Why has the format changed from cover letter and CV to this form?

Many students, especially those in first year, have not yet created their perfect cover letter and CV yet. We will be running workshops during the year to help with this.
